SHIPPING RATES
– For original paintings and pet portraits: free shipping within the U.S. For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
– For art prints, mugs, and throw pillows: shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

RETURN POLICY
I gladly accept returns.

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The full amount of the item will be refunded, minus shipping.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on my part are covered at my expense.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to my fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN’T BE RETURNED
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
– Custom or personalized orders
– Digital downloads
